John McEntee is assistant director of disability services in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust with overall management responsibility of 960 staff and a budget allocation of £67 million. The role involves extensive engagement, partnership working and commissioning with independent sector providers. John has 20 years’ experience in health and social care. He qualified from Ulster University in 2000 with a BSC (HONS) degree in Occupational Therapy and achieved Master in Public Administration – pass with distinction, in 2018.
