Autologous Cellular Regeneration

Due to its ability to stimulate collagen production in the dermis, Regen PRP may be regarded as an effective facial rejuvenation treatment.

Studies

Collagen Formation

Histological evidence supports new collagen formation with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in skin rejuvenation. In this prospective, controlled clinical trial, the authors assessed the efficacy of intradermal injection of Regen PRP for facial rejuvenation in 20 patients.

They conducted pre- and post-treatment histological examinations and measured collagen mean optical densities (MODs). The study found that the MOD of collagen fibers was significantly higher on the PRP-treated side compared to the saline-injected side (p < 0.001). These results align with previous in vivo studies demonstrating the rejuvenating effects of Regen PRP on photoaged skin in nude mice. No serious side effects were observed following Regen PRP treatment.

Studies with Cellular MATRIX BCT-HA

Appearance Of The Face

Significant improvement in skin elasticity.

In a prospective study, 31 patients received mesotherapy with a combination of Regen PRP and HA from CELLULAR MATRIX (CM-PRP-HA) at 0, 1, and 2 months. Clinical benefits were assessed using FACE-Q scores and biophysical measurements of skin elasticity.

FACE-Q scores showed significant improvement at 6 months compared to baseline (p=0.03). Similarly, biophysical measurements indicated a significant enhancement in skin elasticity (R5) at 6 months post-treatment compared to baseline (p=0.036). No serious side effects were observed.
